GARRETT GVW-45 WASTEGATE KIT 45MM

 

Garrett's 45mm GVW-45 wastegate kit is CFD tested to offer optimal boost control with maximum flow, enabling precise regulation of turbocharger shaft speed for any racing turbocharger. Exhaust gasses are vented around the turbine to ensure the highest degree of thermal efficiency, durability and versatility. After a year of design and testing, this wastegate surpasses all competitors with a 5% increase in boost and consistent performance in any temperature. Developed alongside Formula 1 teams, it's the most reliable wastegate available.

 

This 45mm wastegate is cast from high-temp stainless steel and is rated for exhaust temperatures up to 1050°C. It comes preset to 1 bar (14.5 psi) but includes all necessary springs to configure base boost from 0.2 bar (2.9 psi) to 1.7 bar (24.7 psi). The packaging provides all the components to immediately start setup: fasteners, springs, fittings, V-bands, clamps, and flanges. Get ready to go racing with the GVW-45!
