Turbo smart’s OPR T40 – a patent-pending oil pressure regulation device – eliminates the complexity of sizing oil restrictors for a ball bearing turbocharger. This prevents smoking and leakage of oil from the compressor/turbine stages, making the turbocharger’s oil feed more efficient and reliable. Historically, setting up the correct oil pressure for the turbo has proven difficult and incorrect restrictor sizing can lead to seal leakage and blow-by.
